Care & Longevity
Nortica Composite Timber is relatively maintenance free, however, regular cleaning is important in keeping the product looking beautiful. Sweeping and cleaning with normal household cleaners is usually adequate to keep your Nortica product looking great. “Sugar soap”, mixed with water works particularly well. For stubborn (usually oil-based) stains use a water-diluted degreaser works well – scrub in and wash off after a few minutes. Periodic cleaning of expansion joints is also recommended. Tests have shown that it is possible to remove graffiti paint by using paint stripper. Use strong chemicals with caution. All outdoor materials have a limited life span dependent on their environment, you will be required to personally assess your furniture/products.
