What’s the lead time for an EverPlay order?
Most sets ship from our Australian warehouse within 5–10 business days. Larger custom configurations can take 4–6 weeks. We’ll confirm exact timing when you order.
What soft fall do I need under EverPlay?
Most EverPlay setups meet impact attenuation requirements with standard pour-in-place rubber, rubber tiles, or natural materials like bark mulch and pea gravel at the depths specified in AS 4685. We provide a fall-height report with every design.
How heavy are the EverPlay Boxes? Can teachers move them?
Boxes weigh between 12 and 28 kg depending on size — designed for two staff to reconfigure easily. The QuickClip attachment system requires no tools.
Can I start small and expand over time?
Yes. Every EverPlay component is compatible with every other EverPlay component. Many centres start with a 3- or 5-piece set and add to it over the following years.
Do you provide certification documents for our regulator?
Yes. Every order ships with both CCEP certificates — the AS 4685:2021 design compliance certificate and the structural engineering certificate — plus warranty paperwork and installation guidance for your records.
Is there a finance, rental or lease option?

How do I open a Play’n’Learn account?
New centres can apply for an account in about five minutes. We accept purchase orders from approved centres and offer 30-day terms.
